Of course! You can cancel anytime before your order is shipped by reaching out to us at support@actelon.com or +91-6292005584. Once it’s shipped, we can’t stop it—but don’t worry, you’ll still have the option to return it after delivery, at your cost, as long as the package is unused and in its original condition.
We’re really sorry if that happens! Just let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order, share a quick photo or video, and we’ll arrange a replacement or return. The product should be unused and in its original packaging.

Good news—shipping is free for orders above ₹540! For smaller orders below ₹500, there may be a flat ₹50 shipping fee. You’ll always see the charges (if any) clearly at checkout.
If you paid online, your refund will go back to the same payment method within 7–14 business days once we receive and check your returned product. For now, refunds on Cash on Delivery orders aren’t available. If you cancel before shipping, a small fee might be deducted.
